What’s the process for booking with RDR Galavants?

  1. Submit your query through our booking page
  2. One of the team will be in touch to gather more information, confirm your quote & booking reference number
  3. Your flights will be held and accommodation booked pending your deposit being paid
  4. Once deposit is paid ATOL certificate will be issued along with invoice and itinerary
  5. Your E-Ticket will be issued approximately 8 weeks before travel (assuming the balance is paid in full)
  6. Have a fantastic RDR Galavants Experience!!

Who do I contact if I have a general question or query before I book?

What is your cancellation policy?

All deposits and subsequent payments are non-refundable.

What happens if my flight is cancelled?

Flight cancellations are dealt with under the relevant airline’s policy

What if a fete is cancelled?

Tickets for an alternative will be provided or a refund depending on the circumstances

Do you provide insurance for my holiday?

No – Travel insurance is your responsibility. Normal cover under ATOL is provided to all passengers.

Will I have a representative whilst I am abroad?

You will be given the contact details for the RDR Galavants Concierge team before you travel.

Will you provide transfers to fetes?

Yes, these are included in the party packages

What is your instalment plan breakdown?

This will be provided to you at the time of booking.

What carnival band will be providing my costume?

This will be detailed in the party packages

What date do I need to collect my costume?

This will be communicated to you closer to the time as part of you pre-travel briefing

What happens if my costume needs to be amended?

As long as the amendment is in line with what you originally ordered this will be facilitated by the relevant band

When do I need to collect my J’ouvert package?

This will be communicated to you closer to the time as part of you pre-travel briefing

What is the final date I can book a package with RDR Galavants?

You can book your package at any point, so-long as payment is made in full by the due date (Usually 10 weeks before travel)

When is the final payment required?

The final payment is required 10 weeks before travel (23rd May based on 1st August Travel Date)

Can I make changes to my booking?

Name and date changes are usually refused but please check with the team and we’ll see what we can do

The last date changes can be made to my booking?

10 weeks before the date of travel

Can I pay separately even though I am part of a group booking?

The deposit for the group need to be paid at the same time if you have a hotel and flight package. Once this is done payments can be made at anytime (please ensure you use the correct booking reference number if paying by bank transfer)

A member of my group has dropped out, will we need to cover the package cost?

No, we’ll adjust the invoices accordingly if the room type needs to change (i.e. move from a triple to a double) – Any payments previously made are non-refundable

Can I resell my ticket if I am unable to attend one of the fetes?

Fete tickets are transferrable at your discretion

Are you ABTA registered?

No, we are an official agent of Travels Boutique Ltd which is ATOL Registered under Ref No. 11277. An ATOL certificate will be issued to cover all flights, accommodation & transfers upon payment of your deposit.

What happens if I need to amend my flight back due to an emergency?

This will be in-line with the policy of the airline you are travelling with

I am new to the island, will I be provided with information of tourist attractions, emergency contacts etc?

Yes, you’ll receive a welcome pack and you’ll have a briefing with all of this information provided to you.
